Emergency Protocol
For Cardiac Arrest
- Initiate CPR with chest compressions
- Administer epinephrine at 0.01 mg/kg IV/IO every 3-5 minutes
- Consider higher dose (0.1 mg/kg) if no response after 2-3 cycles
- Secure airway and provide ventilation
For Anaphylaxis
- Administer epinephrine at 0.01-0.02 mg/kg IM
- Repeat every 5-15 minutes as needed
- Provide oxygen therapy
- Consider corticosteroids and antihistamines
