Emergency Protocol

For Cardiac Arrest

  1. Initiate CPR with chest compressions
  2. Administer epinephrine at 0.01 mg/kg IV/IO every 3-5 minutes
  3. Consider higher dose (0.1 mg/kg) if no response after 2-3 cycles
  4. Secure airway and provide ventilation

For Anaphylaxis

  1. Administer epinephrine at 0.01-0.02 mg/kg IM
  2. Repeat every 5-15 minutes as needed
  3. Provide oxygen therapy
  4. Consider corticosteroids and antihistamines
